1) What UK broadband service do you use?

 

2) What package did you go for and why?

 

3) Is it any good?

 

4) What would you give it out of 10?

 

5) How quickly does customer service answer the phone?

 

6) Are the staff knowledgeable about technical issues?

 

7) Would you recommend the service?

 

 

I would greatly appreciate any replies you can give.

 

 

My answers are:

 

1) Zen 8Mb ADSL with a 50GB monthly data allowance, , but I've just opted to upgrade to Unlimited Fibre at 38Mb speed and am just waiting for the upgrade.

 

2) See above, I've just upgraded to unlimited fibre.

 

3) Yes, it has been good. It slows down every now and then but I don't think this is Zen's fault, more the local exchange.

 

4) 8 of 10. Hopefully I will give more once I get fibre. Customer service is good.

 

5) Very quickly, within 2 minutes.

 

6) Yes, staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

 

7) Yes I would recommend Zen.

£16.80 free broadband and tv for a year because my area doesn't have fiber optic internet it was cheap

3) Is it any good?

not very good. Some days it's off for a whole morning, sometimes it's very slow

no, go for something faster / more reliable
