My first thought is that there seems to be a lot of text so it could be worth adding more images if you can.
 
Perhaps you could try embedding a video of one of your team saying about your aims – could this be positioned at the top of the page? A video like this could help build up trust so could lead to more people signing up. Could you offer some kind of benefit for people signing up, perhaps a free pen or ebook?

I think if page rank is not moving (which is hard to do) then you have to look at the site and why it is not relevant to the audience.
 
Content in my eyes is King -
 
Make the content:
Specific
Relevant
Interesting
 
The more people interact with content, share, like, comment etc... the better. Customer and prospective customer engagement is key in this.
 
Also a question - are you just looking for an increase in page rank or are you mainly after an increase in sales? They are not the same.
