Congrats, you now know why <iframe> is depreciated, so should never be used but it's <object> you should use not a div

MindStreakz gave good tips. I would add that you can link it with more grayish techniques than normal sites. It's not that easy to get google filters on youtube videos.

Create short and meaningful clip with descriptive and relevant content and upload it on Youtube with choose relevant category of your clip. Put your clip on some other similer youtube website like dailymotion, metacafe etc. Also do SMO for your clip and spread your clip in your social circle friends and relatives to increse clip views. Clip viewing is also boost your clip ranking on youtube and on GOOGLE as well.
