hi sash, thank you for your time and for your tips ! i will remake the logo, really just starting ,actually i'm coming from the programming world and starting my first steps with design, and yes i did it with bevel and emboss effect lol.. you got me this is the main screen (after login screen) and its a single page application where the administrator can create and schedule events, he can navigate via the tabs up there to access other screens in same page. in the last screenshot you can see the end users view, they can just see current available events and trigger them on/off what you mean by also u wud get much better evaluation.. if u share the frontend design too this is the frontend no? share the source? thanks again

Hello ! i got a web app (going mainly to intra-networks, thats why the screenshots and not live example) this is my first serious project that i design, please feel super free to crit me ! i probably did some major design mestakes, from buttons, colors, logo..., everything the web app is mainly use to control events from one node to others, schedule,view, edit and trigger them (video events) thanks for your help and time ! (other screens attached)

+1 to Codecademy not sure how much new you are, in my opinion better start with HTML and when feel confidence enough, progress to javascript and css

Google+ has aggressive marketing methods, alot of people just one-click-join to shut down google popups to join the 'circles' not really social in my opinion

photoshop, kinda easy with draws/pictures where its possible to cut background and set it to transparent
