Hello, I think your design is too dark. nearly every part of the design is dark, it will make your visitors feel depressing. My suggestions are you can make the banner part of your design dark since your navigation is not dark. The other parts of the design, I think, should be brighten. And, the footer part, I think, you can leave it to the current style.

I admire people who use Notepad or Notepad ++ to create a website/webpage, it is really difficult. Photoshop is a must-have web designing tool, I think. You cannot use it to design a graphic for your website but also you can use it to design the layout of your website or webpage. In this way, you can intuitively view your website's layout. However, since you can create a website using Notepad, I think you are professional enough not to use Photoshop.

CSS may not help you create a content container (box) that is irregular. If it is just an image, why not use it as a background image for a DIV element? I think it is the way to help you solve your problem,do you think so?

You can do some SEO works. Create unique contents for your blog contantly and build enough high quality backlinks for your blog. SEO is a long-term job, you should stick it. You can also post your contents to some article submission websites, they may help you get visitors. Note: your contents must be useful and unique. You can also do some advertisement such as google adwords. At last, getting visitors for a website especially for a small website/personal website is not an easy job, you should be patient and learn more about how to promote a website, don't be hurry. There is an easy way I think everybody can do, that is, you can compress the MP3 file to make it as a ZIP file and then upload the ZIP file to your server. When a user click the link for the ZIP file, the web browser will remind he or she whether to download the ZIP file or not. That's it.Hope it will be useful to you.

The easiest way is to write a new css elemnt and only style the last youtube image - Make the margin right property for the last image as 0 px, that's all. To be honest with you, I cannot open the link you list here, it gives me a 404 error.

I suggest you to add some beautiful images on your webpage so that your webpage will not boring and simple. And, a banner for a webpage especially for the homepage is necessary, I think.
