  3. Here are some rules , that will help you to improve your flat design . 1. Minimalistic - Minimal-flat Minimalism is the name of the game when it comes to flat design. Think simple and try to keep the design to the bare necessities. Colour and text go a long way, but if including visuals, make sure they are placed on a basic background and fit the overall flat design aesthetic. 2. No Effects - No-effects-flat One of the most basic concepts of flat design is that are no added effects to design elements. The style ditches any bells and whistles and instead focuses on crisp and clean elements. This means nothing that adds depth, including gradients, drop shadows, and any bevel or embossing. There are no shadows or anything added to make an element appear more realistic. This leaves a two-dimensional style that is simply, flat. 3. Vibrant Colors - Colors-flat Flat design features colours that are much more vibrant and bright than normal web design palettes. Flat designs predominantly use primary or secondary colours with no added tints or tones. As colour plays a huge part in flat design, it’s common to see several different colours used equally in a flat design, whereas normally there would just be a few colours used.
