  1. Sorry but the site looks outdated IMO. But congrats , because it's getting better! The colors still looks old. I won't talk about the technicalities because I'm a newbie and I'm sure the guys above can give better advice than me. But for a salesman's point of view, I suggest show more of your designs in the website because web design is what you are marketing. For the services page, the call to action is too long. I think it will be better if you use a button then only use "get quote here"
  2. Hi All. I'm working on a client's website. He wants to change the banner in his landing page. I changed it but he doesn't like the new ones I made. What do you think makes a great banner for a landing page? I like the one I made (personal bias). Also it has clearer call to action and shows the features of his new product. Any thoughts pls?
  3. It is good for getting more traffic and backlinks. but make sure you guest post on blogs that are relevant to your niche to find traffic that is also relevant to your niche,
  4. i can't say which is more difficult between the two. but in onpage, at least you have the control over it, like what everyone else here says.

  9. you have to build a strong online community first. focus on improving your facebook page and posting relevant and catchy content, it could be memes and then join other pages of the same niche as yours and share your facebook page there.
  10. write unique and relevant articles and post it to high PR blogs.
  11. Agree with this. Check Google webmasters coz they usually send you a message if you have been hit by their updates. It could be that you've been hit by Panda and Penguin.
  12. never ever copy other's intellectual property. that's a no-no. if you want, you can hire someone to do it for you. i know a lot of good writers with degree in english.
  13. Yes, you can specify target keyword in title tag. as for the number of characters, there's no specific number but don't make it too long.
  14. Do SEO, write relevant, unique and fresh content and then make the content share-able to the social media.
