Firstly, awesome domain! Theres a lot that can be done with that, I have loads of ideas for it already!
 
Secondly, we have to be realistic here. Weedy has some great ideas but you need huge volumes of traffic to make any sort of money from advertising. IS the time invested going to yield good revenue? Again, we need to be realistic and determine if your time is worth it or even if there is good pools of traffic. I can't say i've been interested in the Time niche.

That is a top domain name considering these big companies/dealers who snap them up whilst still in the virtual womb. Bravo!

Its a very valuable domain. You could probably sell it for at least a few hundred grand+
 
With a working, operating site that has content and engages visitors, adds value to the web and maybe even has good social profiles (no fake followers etc and engagement) that could possibly add double the value to the already valuable domain.
 
You have some good options and I would consider visiting a dedicated domain name forum to see what primary people into domains suggest too.
 
I like what you have on it now, but just putting some adsense on wont make you buckets of cash.
 
Also in terms of search volume, there are 300k searches in Google UK a month for the term "time". Based on the amount of traffic you are getting, you are getting minimum and that could be improved massively- quite easily with a developed site. Plus, thats not factoring other country search traffic like the US etc.

Looking at what you have I'd say most are not going to be stopping long, maybe you will need to create some related content. Pages that people will browse to find zone calculators, facts, and that sort of thing. Then rent out space on pages for websites to have quality links to their content, you can monitor their content and decide the quality of it for yourself.
 
If you want this to work though the traffic will need to be increased in order to add value to the rented space. In the first instance you can rent space out for a small fee, and as traffic increases you can increase your rates as well.
 
Start with some research to find things that people are paying for at the moment on the subject of time, try and find out why they are paying for it and how much. Then have a brainstorming session to find something that will interest this sector if it was available for free and thus attract site traffic.
 
Then get creative and build a little content. One extra page and a couple of good links in, plus a few free listings will add value to the space you are going to rent out. Then start advertising that you have spaces on your page where people can pay to advertise their content.
 
Start small, any income can be reinvested back into getting the perceived value of rentable space up for a year or two before you start to draw any income for yourself. Don't get greedy as that will hold it back, there is probably not a big cash cow to be found with this but given time it could pay a small income per annum.

Depends what the traffic is like. Is it organic or just a miss spelt domain? What's the bounce rate like? I have a domain that gets around 50k unique visits a month and I've got Adsense on there, makes about 100 quid a month. But I've not set the website up to make money.
 
Not sure how you'll monetise it without adverts. Maybe get them to sign up to a newsletter and then send ads out to them.
 
Depending the website it's not *bad* amount of traffic it's just not a lot to make money from adverts. Worth sticking some ads on it to make a few quid

Try switching to a fresh new profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles). If a new profile works it is most likely an extension or some configuration issue. If not I would re-install.

Sometimes I use www.iconarchive.com for icons or I make them myself.
 
Your other alternative is to just copy really nice ones from www.dribbble.com

I'd say update these button as they aren't the best looking. I like the website though.

when i went for my interview i took my laptop as-well as printed copies of my work, that way you have all bases coverd.

When you have links to your websites, and also they are present in your portfolio, then I think there is no need of printed examples of your website. Best of luck for your interview.

In your shoes I would redesign them. Don't be afraid to fiddle with them - it wouldn't diminish their meaning or validity, if that was your concern. Plus you're a solid, creative designer, I'm sure you could cook something special up.

For my site, I did a simple text link to the certificate that opens in a new window. I have one for my hosts Site scanner / SSL as well as HTML5 / CSS3 validation. Not sure if you'd want to do the same.

I had a few interviews at the end of last year and one question that kept cropping up was, 'What were the last 2 sites you visited and why do you like them'. Bit of a curve ball because your head is stuffed with CSS3, HTML5 examples and SEO best practices.
 
Just make sure that your portfolio is in order, you can refer to work straight away and bone up on the latest techniques, such as frameworks, boiler plates etc. You don't have to know them inside out but if you can give a brief overview or say you've heard of it, it's better than nothing.
 
One last tip, if they have a huge screen with your portfolio on, very daunting because your secretly praying that it displays correctly, don't keep looking at the screen when answering!

I'm aware of this, this is the foundation of discussion forums. Funny eh.

A study conducted a while ago revealed that 95% of job candidates in interviews undersold themselves. If I were in your position, I would cram as much information about me as I could without being a nuisance or pushy. Come across as incredibly confident in your knowledge; deliver what you know firmly and make the interviewer believe you're fit for the position.
 
Also, and you may not want to do this, but if I were you, I'd undercut the salary on offer. For example, for a job worth £18,000, I would tell them (when prompted) I'd happily take £16,000. Even if you don't quite have enough experience or skills as strong as your rivals, that little cut could make all the difference. Besides, taking £16,000 to the bank per-year is better than nothing.

With a bit more time, I would've played with the colours. The main background, in my version, would be light blue to represent a clear sky and the mountains would be a dark brownish or greyish colour. And the font, yeah, you touched upon that. Otherwise, not a bad effort at all, I imagine most of the time went into structuring the MAM text.

"Mam Tors". This was the next name because my mate did the "Walking Englishman" not very long ago where you climb up it.

I'm not really happy with the "TORS" font but I didn't really have much time to sort it.
 
I would have liked to flatten the bottom of the "A" too but oh well.
 
Encase you miss it, the letters are supposed to look like mountains with snow on the top.

William, nice, site, I like the logo and the layout and I think the green works well.
 
I have a couple of points:
- I'd expect your logo to link to your home page.
- I think the animations on the homepage slider are a little bit slow.
- I'd expect the arrows on the "our range of premium brands" to function in some sort of way, they don't do anything just now so I am not sure why they are needed.
- You don't have any validation on your forms.
- I think your about page is important enough to have its own spot in your main nav, and maybe have a bit about you/the company on the homepage, at the moment it's not clear what your USPs are.
- Although not a necessity but 10 stylesheets is a lot of stylesheets to be having, I'd try and get that down to 1 or 2, but that might just be my personal preference.
