  1. yes, it's beacuse that layout what you used is IMHO very bad. My design is suggestion what you can use. But if you don't want, you don't have to do it of course.
  2. my opinion is - it's better but simple clean website should look different. Menu is very chaos to me. You should use horizontal menu for better orientation. And use better typography how it was written. what abou something like this?
  3. same mistake. bad color. my eyes are dying. that's my simple try to correct it.
  4. Bad orientation. This style was used a long time ago, so it's outdated and only few people can do this good. Another thing what's bad, is that red color in second design. You should never use so strong color on big area. And certainly not as text background. First design is better, but I think the better solution is move menu to the top. And maybe is good idea make it as one page, which will be able to move horizontaly (with menu of course)
  5. Bad color in menu. Use some neutral color. Apart from this here is nothing to evaluate.

  7. Do not take it offensively. I thought you didn't read my post, so I responded (not common way, but that's my style ). ;-)
  8. Why you reacted only on positive feedback?
  9. And I wrote, that your way isn't the best solution, how to protect your images. BTW. Don't respond on this post. It's O.K.
  10. I think, site is good, but that blue color is terrible. You should change it on something finer, or play with header and add here some images. And that menu is't good too. Play with it, it's your portfolio.
  11. I thought you want protect your images....
  12. I learned a lot of things, that i get inspired on sites like behance dribble or deviantart. I know, that I repeat this many times but it's important (or it was important for me on start).
  13. This solution have one small (or big) problem. If someone would get images from his site he will disable javascript. If solution will be made without javascript by same method (overlay) it's bad too, beacause I can in chrome edit downloaded html code and delete overlay. Alternative is rendering image in e.g. PHP script but it's too time consuming. Best method is image insert to crypted flash file and open images like a *.swf file. Here is that risk, the attacker can printscreen it, but propably he get only low-quality images.
