Hi there, My client is looking to create a website that will essentially entail a wiki and an e-commerce store. The way the website will work is that the customer will come on the website, select their wiki category of interest and then the appropriate sub category. Once they read through the wiki the idea is that they will be directed to some products in the store that are only applicable to that wiki category. For example, Bob comes onto a website looking for a particular product. However, there are hundreds of these products and Bob isn't sure of which one to purchase. So Bob selects the wiki category that he is interested in and then selects a sub category. After reading the wiki and drilling down a few levels, Bob is presented with a filtered list of products which he know is the correct set of products. He can then add the appropriate product to his shopping cart and thus complete his purchase. The products in the store will be uploaded by suppliers, so essentially it will be a marketplace. Suppliers will register and then be able to upload products and tag them to the correct category. Ideally this would be done via csv file as suppliers may have hundreds, if not thousands, of products. I was hoping to use Magento but I'm not sure if it has the wiki functionality required? My client's existing wiki is currently onwww.mediawiki.org. I'm not sure if a shop can be built into this? Would any other platforms fit the bill? If anyone has any advice or questions then that would be appreciated. Thank you

It looks good. I think you should give some indication of prices on the home page. Maybe Hair Clips starting from £x or something. The shop page link needs to be made clearer also. Nice design though.

It's excellent for a first effort. I like the hover effect on the home page. I would make the font bigger though as well as cutting down the number of words. Maybe a few more call to actions in the header.

You're right. It's just a page of words. You might as well have done something up in Microsoft Word, change the background color and taken a screenshot. Have a look at webcreme.com for some inspiration.

Definitely needs quite a bit of work as you probably know. Keep the colouring consistent and make sure the alignment is centered a bit more. Twitter link not working either.

Too much text in the header. No need for the sub titles in the menu. The blue as well is quite strong. Other than that it is nice and clean.

It's OK. Not a big fan of the text on the slider images. Makes it look a bit cheap and tack IMO. Also, the phone number size should be reduced. Should never be bigger than your logo.

Looks good, well done. Maybe use a different font though for the <p> font. Try linking up with Google Fonts maybe. You will get some nice designs there. Well done though.

I like it. Good idea and along the lines of webcreme.com. Don't like the font though, especially the use of drop shadows.

It's extremely basic to be honest. Needs a lot of work. Add some colour and character.

You've a very small portfolio and that's something I'd be concerned about. You also should have a picture of yourself. People like to see a face to a company.

It is too wide and you just have too much going on on the home page. Too many products and the Flash bit on the right takes away from what the visitors should be doing, going into your products and buying them.
