Ok, ive been using the normal paint that comes with Windows for like ever and i need a new image design program. I don't know which program to use and want some feedback about which ones you guys should think i should use I do alot of little like 100px by 100px images I need a good bmp to like png or gif converter Render images alot I make sigs I make little flash movies, but i draw each and every frame

I have these buttons (that are just images) and the bar for them and i was wondering how to make them go where i need them to go, the images below are the rough size of them and i want them to be center and start at 200px on the button bar which is 900px.
