Ok, ive been using the normal paint that comes with Windows for like ever and i need a new image design program. I don't know which program to use and want some feedback about which ones you guys should think i should use

 

I do alot of little like 100px by 100px images

I need a good bmp to like png or gif converter

Render images alot

I make sigs

I make little flash movies, but i draw each and every frame

Well if you want a free image suite try using Gimp which is like a waterd down version of Photoshop.

If you want to invest some money into the matter then try Photoshop, Illustrator or Paintshop Pro. I know the first two have free trials which you can use I'm not sure about Paintshop Pro though.
