  1. Really want I want is for it to minify upon serving the page.
  2. yeah that's what I might have to do but my only issue is when I come to edit that later (for whatever reason) it'll be a nightmare to edit, if you get my drift.
  3. Yeah that way would be my last resort but not very efficient. Thanks for posting at least I know there is a way.
  4. I am looking into minifying my css jQuery etc to help with my load times and improve SEO. My only problem is I know there are sites out there where you enter your CSS code and bam! its all shrunk into one paragraph which works fine my only problem with that is coming to using css to further improve or change the site it will be a nightmare to work through. I am looking for someone to help or point me in the right direction to doing this upon the request of the end user so when I come to edit all is the same as before. your help would be appreciated. Regards Stephen.
  5. thumbs up but I doubt ill ever shop there its well expensive lol
  6. I'm I right in thinking the arch is a paint palette? And i like how you've incorporated the I into a paint brush.
  7. Hi, out of the two I prefer the bottom one I find it easier on the eye and it seems to flow nicer. It presents it's self better IMO
  8. Just had a quick look, what really concerns me is spelling mistakes on professional sites. You have spelt "Experience" wrong you have got it as "Experiance". Just a simple spell check will go along way.
  9. Kyle, this is just my opinion, I'm only a newbie so take what I say or leave it up to you but... I'm using firefox latest edition and I see a few alignment issues in your footer. You could also improve spacing throughout. one of your testimonials doesnt't fit, this would bug me. I am colour blind, (this is true) so I am a good representative for a normal end user. The blue writing on the black darkish background is hard to read it doesnt help that you have a drop shadow effect on it. The welcome section could do with tidying up and formatting. If you're making a new paragraph use <p>. Also what's with the drop shadow on the date 11 Aug looks tacky. "Web Design Request > View Web Hosting > View Game Servers >" the arrows don't line up, this is a personal nag for me it really bugs me. your jquery slider is running around too fast. and the lip that hangs over blocks some of the wording on some slides, have you tried using the titles actual on the slides with a black background but faded. You also need a bit more spacing after the slider as the round circle nav is cut off at the bottom, another niggle of mine. Some reason the logo does not fit with the webpage for me it looks out dated keep it simple, favicon? What's with the social meda icons on the side they don't fit, I get the feeling you came across of this and just stuck it in becuase as it seemed fancy, (Mind you I have to stop myself doing that too) so I fully understand. IMO you have a good foundation here just my little niggles that bother me, but yet might not bother anyone else. keep up the good work, parts of you site has inspired me with my own ideas so to me thats a thumbs up good job :-). wow my first proper critique :-)
  10. I agree same is happening to me.
  11. I was gonna say I like it and my only critism was how you displayed the word "resume" I'm guessing you mean resumé it is easy to pull up the é é otherwise it's just resume as in carry on which makes no sense, I'm picky like that. But it's a template. I think it's bad practice for a web designer to use a template IMO. I understand that you like it, I do to but use it as inspiration to create your own vibe and similar feel but putting your individual stamp on it.
  12. Nice simple effective but i agree with lovelock either a fixed nav or a back to top button to appear wants the nav goes off screen
  13. Hi, been searching round for a small slider to hold testimonials preferreable in a speech bubble but not important for them to rotate through can anyone point me into the right direction for this? ones i've found are part of WP themes or have navigation which I dont want Thank you for reading :-)
  14. I agree. Also the social buttons on the page that appears once you've click on portfolio or blog seem to shift right when you hover. If the hover-over image is bigger than the black and white one leave padding around the non hovered image so the images don't shift right, also the paragraph, about you is not sitting right, the wording does not flow, I will admit i'm not the best lol also inovative is spelt innovative, a grammer and spell check goes a long way.

unfortunately it only works in Internet Explorer and Firefox but Safari, Chrome the problem still persist and with opera the page doesnt show at all. so 2.4% will have to do without

Right sorry it's me again, Firstly this isn't a big problem but and it would rarely be a problem but, somehow muggins here came across it and its annoying me, I bet most of you can relate. <div id="content"> <p class="newsboxes">some text</p> <p class="newsboxes">some text</p> <p class="newsboxes">some text</p> <p class="newsboxes">some text</p> <p class="newsboxes">some text</p> </div> <div class="pagination"></div> the code above is what I'm pagination for this i've used this plugin I have all this working fine 3 per page so it generates two pages in all. obviously the <div class="pagination"></div> is where the navigation goes for the pagination so far so good but for some odd reason once you cleck on 'next then previous, next then previous, next then previous, next' (don't ask me what i was doing to find that out lol) it generates a 8 <br clear="all"> making the div scrollable which I don't want. It seems to me that every time you click on Next or Previous it generates a <br>. has anyone come across this know what might be the problem? Cheers guys. p.s Love this Forum
