Its really awesome .... I uses to check it through select activated link and right click on it and than check "view selection source"... When link would be no-follow it mentions and when it is do-follow target would be blank.

As per my point of view ranking in Search engines is more important than PageRank for website. Because PR shows your web page value individually calculated by Google. But it doesn't mean that you'll get more visitors for your high PR, you can get visitors trust through your website PR. I doesn't mean to say that PR is not important but ranking in search engines can catch visitors for your website.
