Shoaib i would recommend you to keep away from webhosting business its very competitive these days and many of these cheap servers are not reliable etc , i sued to run a hosting business but ditched it

The best option is to go with the .com domain and you have an extra edge by owning your name in .co.uk that will help you in search engine rankings in UK

It means if the domain ever expires and drops they will catch it for you and register it for you as soon as it drops and if you dont get the domain most companies let you use the same credit to make another backorder with the same price and this goes on until you get a domain with a backorder

There were a lot of problems with the registry at the start , domains that were registered showed up as available etc, and for the price where did you check it , i got mine for $15 only ?

well sony.asia and apple.asia are TM , you wouldn't be able to get em even if they were available , many Trademarks are already reserved now with open registration its only $15

Hi guys dotasia open registration presiod has started and you can register .asia for as low as $15, anyone got any yet ? what are your opinions about this new extension ? i myself got ehsan.asia jsut to protect it kind of dont think it will be much of a success could end up like .eu but there is a slight chance it could get more popular than country tld and may be asian countries start using .asia instead ofl ike .pk or stuff but i dont think it would be a huge success although i did seup a small site on www.ehsan.asia to see how it does in search engines like google and stuff

Not everytime my friend not each time for eg if the Idea of YouTube was successfull doesnt mean that all thsoe clones of youtube out there will also make millions and get the same publicity

Well to be honest Domains are kind of my addiction lol , people ahve design addiction and other stuff but my addiction is domains cant get enough of them Well i think you gotta be a huge fan of web 2.0 to ivnest time in it , web 3.0 wont come even if it does it will still be called web 2.0 , its just a term its like a dictionary in which thigns come and ago and if a new word is added into a dictionary we dont change the Dictionary Name itself may be a bad example lol but i really FEEL WEB 2.0 don know why but i LOVE IT in the design sense

Nice Idea but i don't see how its related to these Domains ? WEB20APP.... could be a Web 2.0 Applications Directory Web20UK...... could be a forum or Blog for UK Designers or a showcase gallery WEB20WEB ... i was thinking of a Web 2.0 Blog
