Im not much of a logo designer but I would go with the top left concept. Maybe play with the colours a lil more, i like what you have done with O.

The top right doesnt look very good to be honest and the bottom one is ok but a bit random.

I like the one on the top left, even if it does look like it says "nio".

Hi, I think your logo it OK, but the number 1 and 3 if I don't know your website name maybe I can't read it, for number 2 text is clear but it look too spread please try make it to the one group.

I agree with this^, it looks good but def use different colours! (think there might be too many colours used)

I too read it as 'nio', perhaps you could differentiate the n from the 10 by making it smaller?

Off topic but Scaz182 i just went onto your portfolio site which is a nice looking site but i cannot scroll down on the text, you may want to fix this problem.

Sorry if you already knew about it.

Hi, Yeah thanks for mentioning it, I have always known some people have issues with the text in the left column! Are you on quite a low resolution monitor? It is something I have been meaning to address but I like the idea of having everything fixed apart from the main content in the right column.

I've thought about simply using less line space within the left column or maybe shaving a bit off top of the banner to accommodate for it. I designed the site on a 1920x1200 res monitor which definitely has it's downfalls!

Hi -

I would like to know what the website will be about? That will make it a little easier to make sound logo advice and suggestions.

First, the font on number four - never use it in capitals only. It is not a good font to convey a feeling of "professional".

The font in number one is the best of them, but I am not so sure about the N10 font. It's a little nitty-gritty, and depending on what the site is about, it seems in a way unfinished.

You must think about what colour background your logo will mostly appear on. If you are going to send out letters snailmail, it needs to work on white, but on the web that is not needed.

the lines or brushstrokes (what would you call them?); I think I would move around a little, to see if it would fit better somewhere else.

So -mind you - this is only my humble opinion: go with the N10 of number 4, and the "solutions" and colouring of number one.

Ok ready . All the logos you have presented here are simple and have no meaning.

What does the company do? whats it's history ? should be things you consider when designing. also where is this company going? staying classic or going modern? also you should think of A ) typography and its relationship to the mark and B ) do the mark and typo stand on its own when apart or alone.

have you heard of www.logolounge.com you might find the trends sections of this and previous years helpful.

Thanks all for your helpful replies, first of all I want to inform U that I am making logo for a web design/development company. It’s a new one. I want to give it a decent look (simple look). Will U plz suggest me what should be there in place of the brushstrokes because I like the font and layout of N10SOLUTIONS. Thankx BrownWarrior I will study this…

Thankx

Maybe you should try making it a bit more glossy/web2, I mean I know that kind of look has been done to death recently but if you're a web design company it could be what people are looking for? I knocked this one up quickly to try and show you what I mean.

I prefer the first top left logo but you are using too many colours. Decide on a couple colours you want to be your brand colours and use them...

I agree with a few comments on here.

The logo(s) says nothing about what you do or services you provide and look very "generic".

Start by working a design based around what the business is trying to say then subtly include it in the logo. So far I've not seen one logo that, to me, looks good.

hey m not into logo designing but still wanna tell ya that i like the second one cuz it is colorful and ya as fly said try n make it a bit glossy it will look gr8 i think so :)
