I've been working almost exclusively in Wordpress lately and I'm not sure how to migrate a non-Wordpress site. Would ftp access be the best way to move ospreypointtn.com, or do I need to check with the developer to see if there's any databases associated with it? Thank you for any feedback.

Does the host you're wanting to move to not have a migration tool? I'd contact your intended host's customer support and see if they can't help you.

If you have FTP access download the site files to your local PC and see if the site loads. If it does it's all good. If it doesn't there could be a DB hiding somewhere.
