Don't see a demo. I'm not going to register until I see what it looks like and if it's any better than the one I already use.

The lack of contact details would make me very wary of signing up.

The rest of the site is all very waffly and needs a lot more detail. for example, you offer certificate storage but don't mention signing. How are documents signed as stored? Where is your vault? What type of encryption?

Tenant renewed their contract today. Documents all signed and managed by docusign. Safe and secure and timestamped should legal action ever be needed.

Does rentadmin have a similar system?

Very minor thing - but the UI on the mockup of the phone that has a notch or 'Dynamic Island" looks a little off to me

Company reg number and VAT number in the footer might add another layer of credibility and trustworthiness

The section after the hero feels a bit sparse on mobile. You might be able to bin that bit all together or at least reduce it?

This isn't one of mine, but it might be useful to look to as inspo - https://www.redbrik.co.uk

Good points.

There are some videos in the Resources tab but this needs to be developed further.

You can store the documents in Rentadmin.

There is no docusign integration. It's funny as another user asked about this exact functionality too. I've created an item in the backlog to look into this.

'Dynamic Island" - not really sure what you mean here?

Company reg number and VAT number - yes a good point. These are in the next release.

Thanks for the link.

This is a very important feature. People need to be able to sign online using an accredited document repository.

Where are the documents stored on your site? Are the encrypted and secured using 2FA or some other means?

Yes, all documents are encrypted and stored securely in the cloud.

I would need to look at how the docusign works with the API provided. Especially around how to specify the signature fields in document.

Maybe ask users to upload templates already created with docusign. That then will make it really simple.

No, they need to be in a document vault. These are properly secured data centres. There is a whole lot of legislation about this. And it's why Docusign and similar services are so expensive.

You can't upload docusign documents. They can only be stored by docusign.

Docusign documents would be saved in the docusign vault. Docusign would be integrated into the app using their provided API.

I was referring to the templates  - not the signed documents.

This functionality isn't available yet.

Already looking better with the screen grabs of the application!

Dynamic Island is the bit at the top of the iPhone. Will attach a photo

Will add quite a chunk to your pricing:
