August 6, 200818 yr Never used expressionweb, but it's made my microsoft and that isn't encouraging. As for DW, can't stand it. Two of the best programs out there? I think you need to survey more programs.
August 6, 200818 yr I use dreamweaver at work, but at home I opt for Notepad++ never used MS Expression Web so cannot comment

August 6, 200818 yr Having only used Dreamweaver I cannot really vote , However I don't think I want to start using a different program as Dreamweaver is great. granted I am still using the last version that Macromedia made I think that I will update to adobe's take on it in the near future. Especially as I hear that photoshop works a little more seamlessly with it. Anyway it would be interesting to see which one of this software comes out on top.
