September 29, 20223 yr Hi everyone! We just launched a new design on our website, but we figured out that some things are just not as clear as we would like to our customers. We have problems with these 2 buttons (1-time reservation and on-going reservation) because our visitors don’t know what to select. So here is my question: does maybe anyone know how to redesign it so it would be easy peasy to understand??
September 29, 20223 yr Perhaps have one 'Book a reservation' button, and then explain the differences in more detail on the next page? Also I don't know anything about the industry (!) but the word 'reservation' makes it sound like a hotel to me. Perhaps it's a normal word to use in the warehouse industry, but I'd expect something like 'Book a space in this warehouse', 'Reserve some warehouse space', or something similar?
September 30, 20223 yr Agree with @Jo 90. Keep it simple. One button leading to a modal where they have the option to book regular slots or a single pickup or delivery. Maybe you also need a login so returning customers can make a repeat booking. Also agree that ‘reservation’ feels wrong.
