Had some one inquirer about me doing some work for them and wanted me to call them at a certain time. Initially they didn't answer calls, then told me to call back at another agreed time and then flaked again and rescheduled again. Eventually later that week I got to have a chat with them, everything went well and it looked like the job was going to go ahead.

Sent them some documents to look over before we proceeded. Emailed the documents and texted them to let them know they'll be sent. I didn't hear back for a week so I ended up calling them up and they said " Sorry, been really busy. Email it to me again and I'll read it and get back to you today." I did that and heard nothing for days. Sent them a message saying " I resent the documents, did they come through" and I get another "sorry, I'll read them and get back to you today" and heard nothing back.

While they were nice people when I spoke to them on the phone, I find they're not doing basic things like reading things I send, scheduling basic communications and I feel they're not respecting my time. I'm thinking at this stage just moving on and saying that I'm not interested in pursuing this project. I feel like there's too many red flags already.

Move on. They are prevaricating so just ignore them.
