Would love your feedback on my site - Much appreciated

Featured Replies

Hi,

I launched my website, Wandering I and have been working a lot on the look and feel and UX. I would love to have some feedback on it:

https://www.wanderingifashion.com

Any and all feedback welcome! I will be moving my focus to driving traffic so want to make sure the site is fully optimised ahead of this.

Many Thanks,

Shnai

Thanks

Looks ok. Not sure why the different locations (which inconsistent) but it does what it sets out to do and that’s market clothing.

The modal that pops up as soon as I land is annoying as is the cookie thing (which only offers acceptance and not rejection).

There is no address on the site. The phone number is a mobile and the email is gmail. Makes you look very amateur.

The product pages are very poor. Weak descriptions and long delivery times will put people off. The UX isn’t good on a mobile either (which will be the device of choice for many).

Sizing in the UK should be by number not letter.

I think you will struggle to market the products and the lack of detail and information will reduce conversions.

Thanks for your feedback @fisicx. Please can you elaborate which areas you are referring to with regards to poor UX on mobile? I understand the importance of as this device generates the most traffic.

Thanks,

Shnai

Look at any product page. There is no description and I need to click the + to get more detail. The sizing system isn't set up for women's clothing sizes - and is inconsistent with the sizing and fit details.

Click on add to bag and I get taken to a new page - I can't continue to browse.

The images are too small - mainly because you have the thumbnails on the left. Ideally I should be able to swipe left/right

However....

The product page structure is the least of your problems. You need to sort out delivery times and your contact details. People expect next day delivery as standard - nobody is going to wait 8 days for a dress to arrive or even 4 days for a blouse.
