traces after dreamweaver ?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Is website made using Dreamweaver, contains in html code any traces of Dreamweaver ??

Can someone find out if website was made on Dreamweaver ??

If yes, how to detate traces after Dreamweaver ??

Thank you

I don't think there are any traces unless you put it in the head. Why don't you want people to know you used dreamweaver?

If Dreamweaver has been used in a 'drag and drop' capacity, then you can sometimes tell.

Apart from the atrocious code, you might find <editable region> or something like that tags.

Plus all of dreamweaver's generated javascript functions normally start with MM_.

If dreamweaver has been used simply as a text editor, then no you can't tell.

yeah, i don't think there is anyway they can trace it back. But, like Helen said...Why don't you want people to know you used Dreamweaver?
