Checkout unable to re-directing to payment gateway

My website is responsive website, it is opening on every android mobile phone without any issue.
My issue is when some one buy my freelancer product from my website, then he will select the checkout option, this check out option is not redirecting to payment gateway. This issue is reported in only Samsung On5 Pro model. But I have check other model is working fine.

Could please suggest how to fix it.
