Hope i'm posting this in the right place.

Just wanted to ask what you guys think.
One of my clients asked me to send an old project PSDs again that we did together (for which he payed),
most likely he didn't save the source files it seems. But more to the point he now wants to reuse the same
project for an all together different purpose, aka to make it a theme (probably on themeforest).
Which is of course no problem at all, but what i wanted to ask is, should charge for this?

For example let's say the client payed x-amount of dollars the first time.
Should i charge more, or less? What do you think?

If you have to edit something then he should pay some money if you want. But customer wants some small changes then its not problem to do that for free. If there are no changes, if he only wants that source files again then you should send them for free to him.

He can do with design what he want, you only set price for your working hours, and if its already made and if he already paid for it before and now he don't want to change anything then from my point of view its a bit silly to request payment again but thats my meaning. Maybe I am not right.

I would say it depends on the contract he had with you.. Does he own the copyright to the design or do you? If you did not state either way then assume he owns it and only charge a small nominal fee for resupply. If you own the copyright then you can re-charge a license for change of its use.
