August 5, 201511 yr Would a link to a privacy policy page detailing the use of Google Analytics cookies - with links to pages with instructions on how to delete/disable cookies and a google browser add-on which disables analytics cookies - do for complying with the cookie law, do you think? I'd usually go with the bar at the top of the page approach - but the thing is, this is for my portfolio. The first (and probably only) visit is going to be important, and I feel that would detract from the rest of the design. So it's probably either this, or no Google Analytics (but my search ranking is basically none existent at the moment, which is why I was going to start using it, so not the best option...)
