As a Creative – Freelancer or a business owner, what has been the most frustrating aspects from the list below? the biggest annoyance and why?

1. Marketing & Value based selling
2. Gaining the right clients, consistent lifetime clients
3. Understanding the psychology of what turns a prospect to a client
4. Client relationships/management

First two have been a struggle for me for a quite some time, but after you get more experienced and more used to how the things work in freelancing world, it gets easier. I guess everyone has their own struggles and different experiences and I would love to hear more opinion about this.
