July 4, 201511 yr Hi guys, I made a new website for my web services company, it simply aims to clearly communicate what we offer, and hopefully impress potential clients. I agonized over the name for a long time: i wanted something that's short, memorable, unique, and of course have the domain name available. If i could have feeback on the design, navigation, text, and the name, I would be very grateful! Thanks very much http://mythic.fish
July 4, 201511 yr Very nice, indeed I like the use of patterns, something that hasn't been around for a while.
July 4, 201511 yr I like it and I don't at the same time. I feel its very empty and needs more content.. other than that it's a great start..
July 7, 201511 yr Hi there, When a website claims to be about web designing then it must have a good design too. And there is only one word to say, it's awesome.
July 7, 201511 yr It looks quite cool but the inital page load is slow, it's much faster once everything is cached. Try concatenating some of your assets - you have 7 JS files, put them into 1. Not a fan of the scrolling on the first section - I recommend you just leave it with native scroll, hijacking the users scroll is generally a bad idea. I've yet to see any implimented where it improves ux, all of them generally do the opposite. In the our work section, the hover effects look cool - but try not to transition properties like top, left, width etc. Use transforms instead, they are far more performant. I think the navigation on the right is distracting when you are scrolling down. You want your visitors eyes to be fixated on the content, but when the nav menu moves it draws attention away. The ideas you have look great, just the execution needs a bit of fine tuning Hope this helps
