BTW, It takes about half an hour for the first set of data to come through, not 10 mins like it says on the site.

I like the idea of seeing what your visitors are doing in 'real time' instead of trying to read stats

You choose which pages are included/analysed by including the script in the head of each page

@Elanman - thank you for the heads up - I can defiantly see this being very useful to test people reactions at point of sale to make sure that they are not put off in anyway. Are you gonna try it on your site?

Have to say, the video interested me.. but I find it ironic that they claim this tool is for 'usability testing' when if they had actually watched back any of those videos on their own site - they would see that it's completely broken!

I have it working on my site at the moment.

Might as well see if its up to much

Just as a quick update, I've had approx 50 visitors to my site (according to google analytics) but I haven't had a complete 'video' of one visit yet.

The Robot site gives the correct time of each visit but the video only lasts for about 2 seconds at most when it should be 1min 18 seconds, for example.

So quite disappointing really

I've now removed it from my site.
