So my company has its own Photographic Studio and they allowed me and my girlfriend to use it one weekend, im the web designer, so ive dabbled in Photography a little, but this is my first Studio experience.

There's a small white balance issue there - your shots look a little orangey. But otherwise I think you did a good job. I guess the studio lights were already in place? If not then you set them up pretty well.

 

You've gone for a high key style that is quite fashionable at the moment with the white background, high colour saturation look. Personally I think it's a little passe now but I'm probably being a snob.

I think your girlfriend is right. You seem to have a nice face, so don't hide it up with hair.
