I have to make something very similar to this for a project im working on, but it would automaticly generate them form values stored in the database

 

Overall it looks nice and is easy to use, but i would add the ability to add the addresses for both businesses.

i will be honest .. its very helpfull

but it looks really poor ! ... i am afraid i cant trust it with my projects

The templates do the job well and look clean. I'd say the generate invoice button needs to sit below the new line button though, not above the form, as it doesn't have any context otherwise.

Good point about the Generate button i'll fix that now :) and also thanks for the kind review

I really like the concept and most of the design, however, you may want to consider adding a min-width, max-width and min-height to the description textarea. At the moment it is possible to extend the description box to the extent that the fields move outside your bordered container.

 

Alternatively, you could set a permanent width and then only allow users to extend the description vertically.
