What sort of editor do you mean?

 

If you want one to install on your computer to use there is stuff like aptana, notepad++ and (if you're on a mac) coda.

 

If you mean a wysiwyg editor to put into say a cms try TinyMCE or FCKEditor.

Have a look at Seamonkey, it's made by Mozilla, so it's probably quite decent.
