comments on my website pages

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, i'm looking for something like facebook comments plugin for my pages on my website.

can anybody tell me where i can get free codes or codes i can buy?

i'm not so keen on third party stuff, i prefer to look after the code myself without logging into other website..

What do you mean by "look after the code"? It's a one-off use of code, you'd only need to log onto the Disqus site to moderate comments should you wish to.

Still don't really understand, any free commenting system will ask you to install a code. Additionally, if you wanted to store comments, rather than just have users write to the page, then you'd need to integrate a database into whatever you choose.

Good luck finding one, I can't help you.

i'm not sure what so hard to understand i did say i didn't want an third party code... i want my own code so i can place them onto my own server

huh? clearly this is not an help forum then lmao i go else where byee

This entire conversation suggests you're expecting things to be handed to you on a plate, getting pissy and acting disrespectful, especially saying to me "i'm not sure what so hard to understand i did say i didn't want an third party code". So, yeah, good luck.

Any code that is not written by yourself is 3rd party code i.e. whats the difference between me coding a script for yourself and some other script on the internet that .

Throzen was only trying to help you by pointing you in the direction of some software he has used that may of been what you wanted.

But back on topic are you looking for the following

- A comment system hosted on your website

- Database driven?

- Any social intergration (i.e. facebook, twitter etc ...)

Precisely, thanks for clarifying D4Y0. Any script/system used by yourself but not written by yourself is recognised as third-party, as I pointed out earlier when mentioning free commenting systems. Clearly I spend too much of my free time trying to help people on here voluntarily since my advice is "****e". :)

are you on drugs, are you an kid or something? i ask for help to be pointed to an place where i can find free codes so i can edit them myself or an place where i can buy them!! i dont want dirty thrid party codes on my website thank you very much if that upset you because your help was ****e that not my problem!!!

Why do you want code to manage yourself? obviously if you are asking you clearly do not have the knowledge to manage code yourself. And btw one more comment like the above you will just get your self a warning. And if you continue you will get banned
