August 29, 201313 yr Hi wdf. Ive edited my Google chrome to open up in incognito. But what im agonisingly having jip with is trying to make it behave just like normal. So when you open a new tab the speed dial opens with all my favourite sites in a sort of tabbed menu, like foxtab (which I've installed as an extension. Anybody know how i can achieve this please? Thanks
August 29, 201313 yr I don't think you can change the incognito new tab page. You could use the bookmarks bar for your favourites there?
August 30, 201313 yr The whole point of incognito mode is not to store any data, if you want these features don't use incognito mode

August 30, 201313 yr Author Ok. But if you look @ the settings in 'Incognito' mode. Youll notice that you can 'Enable' foxtab. So that it @works' in 'Incognito'. So my question is: How do you get it to show in @Incognito' mode? Please
August 30, 201313 yr Author So. When the settings in incognito mode say 'Enable'. Its pure tosh yes? :-)
August 30, 201313 yr Author ok. thanks. Ill just have to use bookmark bar. maybe find some way of customizing it. using images instead of text. thanks again.
August 30, 201313 yr You can enable extensions for incognito but you can't change that page. Chrome doesn't know what that particular extension is going to do, it's not trying to offend you by having the enable option there.
August 30, 201313 yr Author i sort of understand. it allows it work. but wont act the same as normal chrome browser. ok no worries. cheers anyway. ill use bookmarks.
