You have a javaScript error:

This may be what's causing the fancybox to not display correctly in IE etc.
 
I imagine you just need to comment out the line that the error is appearing on. Try that and see if it resolves your issue.

You could always respray your own car - after all you can get the spray cans from Halfords.
And surely there's a plumbing materials shop near you - why hire a plumber? Jut get yourself an adjustable wrench and you're away....
Tattoos? Just use a hot pin and some India ink - ......
 
On the other hand if you were prepared to put a few years work into learning the necessary skills + if you have some talent, then you could indeed have a quality website for free. Although it wouldn't be free in terms of your own time.
