<p>If you are just learning i would advise you use a IDE like http://www.brackets.io, it is very handy for editing html/css, you can use w3schools as a refrence. As for tutorials there are 100s out there just google "basic HTML/CSS tutorial"</p>

Yes , you can easily learn html and CSS . There are so many websites that provides complete knowledge of html and css. I think you can use website w3schools for learning html and CSS. Its best for beginners.

you can easily learn html and CSS on w3school. it is full of what you need. good luck

I'd avoid W3 Schools - The are not recognised by the W3C. I won't go into all the ins- and outs - google W3 fools for further info,

I wish I'd began learning with a paid service such as Team Treehouse, I wasted many hours learning outdated things or just bad code / practices,

Some free resources though are very good such as CSS-Tricks, but it can be hard to distinguish for a beginner what is good and what is not.

If you want to get serious about learning and make a career out of it then it's very worth while investing in a paid service.

One of the best places I've seen to learn is codeacademy, and they offer many different languages to learn. The best part is that they are interactive lessons, you aren't just reading and maybe trying one or 2 things in your own html file, you need to follow along and participate, which for me facilitates learning :)

I'd recommend code academy to - for the absolute basics, unfortunatley they don't go far beyond this, so once you master the tutorials on there then move on to something more advanced.

thanks for all ,but i want to n\more and be expert in here. i means if i learn and be expert in html and css ,i need resource and know many more news and tools update etc,plz someone tell here regular.
