Which elements need to start for the job? May I ask client to provide something like PSD file or images or anything else for this job?In fact, I just want to get a start up guideline as well.No more, I am waitng for your kind response.Thank you.
August 17, 201312 yr Hi there. Designers have different approaches to professional work, it really depends on the way you're most comfortable along with how demanding the client is being. Unless insist on seeing their own Photoshop layout or images on the website, don't request anything, it makes it easier to work with. If they don't supply you with anything it usually means they're not too fussed over the general design. For example one of my clients simply gave me a colour code, being a mixture of purple and black, while another handed me a sketch of his dream website on a piece of paper and basically asked me to bring it to life. Talk to each client, asking how hands-on they want to be with the design of it. From my experience, the less they give you the better, it's easier to work with your own devices and ideas than someone else's. Hope that clears things up.
August 19, 201312 yr For designing work, you have to ask client about his requirements and details of what kind of design he requires and color combinations. If he needs a Logo for his website, then you can ask about the type of logo he requires and you can also ask for a sample of that logo. You have a PSD file in photoshop for the client.
September 16, 201312 yr If you are designing you just need to get as much information as possible about what the client wants. Ask about colours, images, layout, font faces and anything that will make the job easier. Then go online and get some reference, look at some similar websites (dont just copy them) take inspiration from certain elements and put together more than one design in photoshop so the client has a choice. Hope this helps Edited September 16, 201312 yr by 4li4s
