Hello!

My company bought Inceptio WP theme and i translated almost all fields, but i couldn't translated contact form fields. I can't understand where i should change the labels in php file (I don't know php), for instance from Name to Имя. I understood that i need make changes in Inc_Form_Shortcode.php file but when i tried to change English words in this php file- nothing happened. Maybe i don't see my mistakes. I will be very greatfull for any help! My problem page here

Search for the English text in the php and overwrite it.

Empty all caches on the server.

Open an 'Incognito' browser session and check result.

I'm almost sure you don't see the changes because of loading a cached copy of the old page. W3TC caches template files.

If you use a CDN you may even need to purge the CDN if the template files are up there. (Usually they are.)

    Thank you very much for all answers! Information was very helpful for me and finally i could solve my problem. :) I changed the labels in php file and at the same time i put new shortcode on my contact page and changed the labels in this shortcode again on my page in WordPress. And after that i could translated all text! It seems to me that its the feature of this theme.
