This would be quite simple to do. I'd probably start with choosing a CMS that has the ability to post individual articles (or in your case, tutorials). I'm not entirely sure how e-how works (Maybe something I should look up ) but there would be options for other users to submit tutorials. An awesome design would work wonders as well.

I thought to use wordpress.Is it worth for me to get full features of wordpress?I know to use it.If someone suggest me some better cms than wordpress to do my job, it ll be good for me.

Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla; take your pick.

 

Personally, I'm not a big fan of CMSs but from my experience, I personally prefer WordPress.

 

I've actually made tutorial websites before. In essence, they are just blogs where each article contains a tutorial - steps, pictures, videos etc.

Should i get the full wordepress version?free wp has only a few themes.Can i get my own site design for free?Thank you for the answers.

I'm not so sure about full WP because I'm not sure how many perks etc you receive from upgrading your package but thee are many free themes available around the Internet so a google search would probably be a good start. There's also websites such as Theme Forest that sell premium WP themes if you don't mind paying out but the cheapest and most effective method is to design your own if you have the capabilities.

Maybe i will buy a premium theme for wordpress.Last question, can i install photobucket scipt with wp together?

With the help of CMS like Wordpress and Joomla, you can easily create a website within a few minutes. In my opinion, you don't need to be a geek or spend a fortune to create a great website or blog. Wordpress is the best option you have got in here to create a tutorial website.

What kind of tutorials will you be doing? or will it be anything and everything?
