sometimes I wonder...

So, I called my mobile phone provider to talk about going on a business tariff , they said "you're best going into one of our stores to talk about this". So, after work this morning I went to my local store. what did they tell me? "You should really call customer services about this"

Tbh, you get much better tariffs as a personal customer with most providers.

ahh i hate it when things like that happen..a complete breakdown of basic communication and protocol. Make an official complaint? Maybe they will give you a discounted rate for the messing around?

I think almost all customer care departments do the same thing, they don't help you solve your issues and moreover they charge you unnecessarily. Its a trend with this department, they can't do anything to help you.

This game of hide-and-seek that we all unwillingly play when we have difficulty with ANY major provider has worked wonders on my patience, and ability to regulate stress. Or I would be missing several electrical appliances around the house.
