October 25, 201213 yr Hi, I'm working with a square logo (dark blue background with white text and an under strip of white background with blue text) and need to fit this onto a rectangular copy space which is 600px wide by 150 / 200 high. I'm struggling to fit this into the header space in an effective yet attractive way. Any thoughts?
October 25, 201213 yr extend the dark blue background of the logo widthways? hard to say without seeing the objects in question
October 27, 201213 yr Can you saw the picture of the logo so we can suggest something more to you. Thanks and Regards, Alan.
October 29, 201213 yr If you need to fit a logo to a completely different dimension try deconstructing the logo completely to its essential elements such as the text, background block colours etc, then reconstruct it to fit the space needed, play about with a few options until you find something that works. I sounds like you just have text and background colours so keep the header bar simple, try and continue the same ratios in the header bar as in the logo, i.e. if you have two thirds one background colour and on third another, do this in the header. Hope this helps. Matt.
