New blog section ive added, what you think?

Featured Replies

So...

I just added a new blog section to my website.

I wanted to create a section which allows me to put up freebies to give away along with articles I think would be useful, so I set to work and have finally got something up.

check it out - idream-design.co.uk/blog

Still a few things to do (content changes on the template itself etc), but its live.

I actually really like it, and if I do say so myself 'good job'.

What do you people think?

Nice, not bad at all.

Any entry with three lines or more in the header pushes the content into the buttons underneath.

Maybe work on the header in the blog and make it more related to the blog as currently it is still related to you trying to sell your services and it can be confusing for visitors.

Cheers Mike,

When you say 'pushes the content into the buttons' are you looking at it from a desktop or ipad/iphone and what browser?

Yeah I still need to make a few changes to the content in the template as you have rightfully pointed out. I will have that sorted tomorrow.

Yeah no worries, I did check it out on my ipad as well and I can see what you mean, need to brush up on my responsive design.

I'll have a look into though see if I can fix that little problem. Thanks for the heads up.

Erm I was thinking it would be 'roughly' in this kind of area:

Social Marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, Email marketing, landing pages, Freebies and Case studies.

But not in concrete yet, I will see how I go basically off the cuff sort of stuff.

Sounds good to me mate! I find it great putting educational posts on websites for a user. I get a fair few clients saying it helps them deciding between me and others

I haven't opened up a site and said wow in such a long time, but.... wow it looks really nice and has a good flow to it. Good luck with the blog :)
