My New Website - www.topthat.com

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone,

I just launched a new website. TopThat.com, I thought i would post it here to get feedback on how to make it better.

The site is a digital media competition website where users can pit their images, videos and youtube videos against each other and then judge which one is top.

Looking for any advice that I can get on how to manage user experience and get people to use the site.

Thanks,

Nice concept, but if it was mine, I would have the 'sign up' call to action more dominant and never off screen..

Small petty thing, but its the little things that make the big things, big. :)

Love the look ... especially the banner and the navigation menu

The simplicity of the look along with the nice use of whitespace is what I like most I think.

Didn't use it as you have to sign up first. If you allow people to try a "basic" competition first, then add extra functionality for registered users it may attract more people?

@jamesosix we've made a major change to the homepage based on yours and other people suggestions - so thank you!
