VPS Set Up - I think I need help

Is anyone willing to give up an hour or two to help me config my VPS please. I set it up but I don't think its all done correctly and could do with a step by step with someone who knows the score.

 

Happy to do a skill swap a PSD or your just kind enough to help me out - If money is required then so be it.
