June 4, 201214 yr Any new forum could just start on a shared hosting deal. And under 5GB disk space, but upgrading would be needed if you start allowing users to upload files and pictures.
August 6, 201214 yr You could use lunarpages, hostgator, and hostmonster to host a forum website. Prefer higher disk space because the forum's database dynamically increases and requires higher disk space in due course of time.
