hi actually it was a free layout bt ichanged lot of things in it.since im nt a designer I dnt do designs .actuallly latest news was a wong heading it was why us.

I think he meant you haven't changed the original design that much. But because you said you aren't a designer, that shouldn't discourage you, everyone starts "designing" by looking at and playing with somebody else's work.

I would stick with the second shot you showed, as you are using a template which is really good as it comes you should not worry too much about individuality and layout.

 

If you want a more original design you should offer some of the quality members here a job, otherwise dont worry about re-inventing the wheel.

 

Your last, footer on left, design is not good, and you are lowering the quality of the template/design you bought, stick with the previous, add content and go live.
