I haven't used Twitter too much for web design stuff so who do you follow and who would you recommend for other web developers/designers?

I read a lot of tech blogs such as TechCrunch and Mashable, although they are not specifically about Web Design following their official blogs keeps you in the loop. If you like their content then you could also follow their own staff who write each blog post etc.
