Just thought how about a continuing thread with links to websites people have seen that they are impressed by.

 

It could be the logo, the imagery, the coding (development), the copy (GO wizeley!), the usability, the accessibility and so on.

 

Post up the link and a few pointers to what you like, no more no less.

 

Idea is not for us to critique the site but build up an index of quality sites.

 

Hopefully the mods think that's suitable and acceptable.

 

Could be interesting and diverse!

Smashing Magazine posts quality showcases, tips & tricks and general things related to the web, design and development.

Here's one - what impressed me was the layout for diffrent clips and the overall cohesion. Not sure how accesible, valid it all is but from a visual/design perspective highly accomplished.

This site is so utterly beautiful and just one of hundreds of stunning Japanese sites. It helps when you're designing for a country where broadband speeds are about a gazillion times faster than anyone else in the world and accessibility isn't a consideration.
