February 9, 201214 yr I've only been on here for a couple of days and already I've seen so many posts like this: "Hi there I am new to this website. Can you tell me what platform this website uses tinyurl.abdgf. I use tinyurl so my link isn't blocked.... not because it is a harmful website or anything" Do you guys get much of this? Must be a pain in the backside to moderate... Edited February 9, 201214 yr by futuresys
February 9, 201214 yr Author Haha sounds like the same story as the phone calls to the office every 5 minutes. "Are you interested in outsourcing?......"
February 9, 201214 yr It's a royal pain, the amount of spam we get on here. If we could block the whole of India by IP we would, I can't remember the last time anyone from an Indian IP was a genuine member who contributed to the community. I'd imagine all the genuine Indian designers/devs all hang out on webdesignerforum.in (or whatever "web designer" is in Hindi).

Spammers are going to really crap at SEO if they do that. Very easy to mod. It's the ones that ask similar questions or want a 'review' that are harder to filter. We have our ways though
