Hi all, I'd be grateful if someone could let me take a look at a customer contract/payment agreement as up until now, I have just had word of mouth agreements with clients and received payment from them once the job is complete. Unfortunately I have recently been 'stung' for payment and have no written agreement regarding sedign stages, payment dates etc.

I'd appreciate if anyone had any advice about creating a new contract and what needs to be included or if I could use your one as inspiration and change the relevant info?
